Returns & Refunds Policy

At This is Mabel, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging where applicable

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear or intimate items
• Earrings or pierced jewellery
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at hello@thisismabel.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a returns address
3. Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging
4. Send via a tracked postal service (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked)

Return Shipping Costs

UK Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is faulty)
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please contact us at hello@thisismabel.co.uk to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or fault
• We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days, subject to the same conditions as full-price items.
